- Madhyamik Admit/Certificate (for age proof) (jpeg/jpg format, 50-150 KB)
- Madhyamik Mark Sheet (jpeg/jpg format, 50-150 KB)
- HS Mark Sheet (jpeg/jpg format, 50-150 KB)
- B.A./B.Sc./B.Com. Pass Mark Sheet (jpeg/jpg format, 50-150 KB)
- B.A./B.Sc./B.Com. 5th Sem Pass Mark Sheet (jpeg/jpg format, 50-150 KB)*
- Highest Sports Achievement Certificate (jpeg/jpg format, 50-150 KB)
- Caste Certificate (if applicable) (jpeg/jpg format, 50-150 KB)
- EWS Certificate (if applicable) (jpeg/jpg format, 50-150 KB)
*(in case of candidate who have passed the 5th semester and also cleared all previous semesters and appeared in the final 6th semester exam but not yet received the final pass mark sheet).
Original Certificates/Testimonials have to show during verification before appearing the Physical Fitness Test on 13.09.25.
However, if the candidate is appeared in the 6th semester exam but not yet received the result or final pass mark sheet, then shemust produce the 6th semester pass mark sheet during the final physical verification of the documents. The date of final physical verification will be intimated later. |
